LaundryPalmas Corp ("we," "our," or "us") provides professional laundry and dry cleaning services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

We offer wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing & pressing, pickup & delivery, subscription plans, and corporate laundry solutions. All services are performed using eco-friendly methods and professional-grade equipment.

2. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed via our website contact form, email, or phone. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our Services page and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on item type, fabric, stain treatment, and volume. Payment is due upon delivery or via pre-arranged corporate billing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Free pickup and delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of 15214 Antilles Isle Lane, Tampa, FL 33647. Areas outside this zone incur a flat $5 fee. Customers must ensure someone is available to hand off or receive items. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

5. Limitation of Liability

We exercise extreme care in handling your garments. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, improperly labeled, or have pre-existing conditions. Maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to 10x the cleaning cost or $100, whichever is less. Items left unclaimed for over 30 days will be donated or discarded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on laundrypalmas.icu, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LaundryPalmas Corp and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Hillsborough County, FL.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
